A beautiful and unusual Masonic edition of the Heirloom Family Bible, published by DeVore & Sons, Inc. of Wichita, Kansas in 1988. This substantial King James Version family Bible combines Scripture, family-record pages, illustrated Bible reference material, color maps, and extensive material relating specifically to Freemasonry.
The deep blue textured binding features gold lettering and Masonic Square and Compasses symbolism. Inside are distinctive Masonic reference and record pages, including spaces for Entered Apprentice, Fellowcraft and Master Mason information, lodge officers, writings concerning Freemasonry, and material relating to prominent American Freemasons.
One of the most striking features is the full-page color illustration of George Washington in Masonic regalia, accompanied by the phrases “The Fatherhood of God” and “The Brotherhood of Man.”
